2.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the Charity Site. Any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Charity Site. The changes will apply to the use of the Charity Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Charity Site. 4.1 In order to prevent fraud, you must keep your username and password confidential and must not disclose them or share them with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your username and password you should notify us by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. You are the only person who can use your username and password.
4.2 You agree to immediately notify the Charity if you believe your password is no longer private or if you suspect any unauthorised use of your registration or password. If the Charity has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Charity Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
